The Pamper Me Network was retained by Earl Chapman to research, draft business plan and assist in marketing a degradable plastics products business, Degradable Plastics Inc (DPI).

Within two years the company grew to $2.0 million in sales and was acquired by a Canadian investment group. The initial platform created by PMN, is the engine that currently drives the Oxobioplast business.  The knowledge acquired during the DPI rollout helped to form the basis of building out the Matrix 5.0 software platform and the engine that powers PMN's revolutionary crowd funding platform.
